    As a Deaf and neurodivergent allied health leader, Fiona brings both lived and professional experience to her work across accessibility, leadership, service design, business growth, and pathways to participation, recovery and employment.

    For more than 20 years, Fiona has worked across allied health, disability, workplace rehabilitation, insurance, government and complex injury settings. This breadth allows her to see beyond one service, one sector or one system — identifying how systems connect, where people fall through the gaps, and where practical opportunities for change may emerge.

    Fiona’s advisory work is grounded in practice, not theory alone. She has led businesses, built services, navigated uncertainty, and learned through both success and challenge.
